Clear answers before you start a project with Fynro Studios

This FAQ brings together the most common questions clients ask before starting a website, SaaS MVP, product upgrade, AI assistant or automation project. It covers who we are, what we build, which problems we solve, how pricing works, how timelines are planned, what we need from you, and what happens after launch.

If your question is not covered here, you can contact us through our contact page or book a free consultation so we can understand your project properly before recommending the next step.

Fynro Studios is a UK-based software development agency that builds websites, apps, SaaS MVPs and AI-powered systems for businesses that want a cleaner digital presence and more efficient operations. We are a small studio by design, bringing in focused specialists across design, development and engineering so each project gets the right skills instead of a one-size-fits-all team.

Our work is built around clear communication, practical strategy and polished execution. The goal is not just to make something look good, but to create digital products that feel trustworthy, are easy for your team to manage, and help the business move forward.

We choose the stack around the project instead of forcing every client into the same setup. Depending on the goal, that can include modern frontend builds, CMS-backed websites, custom web applications, SaaS platforms, API integrations, payment systems, CRM connections, analytics, automation tools and AI model integrations.

For simpler marketing sites, we keep the build lightweight, fast and easy to maintain. For platforms and SaaS products, we focus on scalable architecture, secure authentication, reliable data handling and clean foundations that can grow after launch.

We help with problems where design, software and workflow logic meet. That includes outdated websites, confusing user journeys, slow pages, weak lead capture, disconnected tools, manual admin, messy intake processes, repetitive customer support, unstructured data and early product ideas that need to become usable MVPs.

We can work with websites, storefronts, custom dashboards, forms, booking systems, payment flows, CRMs, internal databases, email tools, AI assistants and automation platforms. If your current setup feels fragmented or too manual, we can usually map the moving parts and recommend a cleaner route.

We start by understanding the business goal, the current bottleneck, the people using the system and the commercial value of fixing it. From there we separate essential features from nice-to-have ideas, then recommend the simplest reliable path that can produce visible value without overbuilding.

Sometimes that means a new website. Sometimes it means improving an existing product, connecting tools that already exist, or automating one painful workflow before building anything larger. The recommendation depends on what will create the most useful result for your budget and timeline.

Every project begins with a clear scope, custom UI/UX design direction, and a fixed delivery timeline. We tailor the build to your commercial goals and modern tech stack, then deliver a responsive, SEO-ready and launch-ready website.

Yes. We audit the current platform, content structure, speed, technical SEO, conversion paths and visual experience. From there we can improve what exists, rebuild key sections, or redesign the full site if that is the better route.

Absolutely. We design and integrate solutions around your operational needs, including 24/7 customer support bots, lead-capture routing, internal workflow automations, CRM-connected processes, reporting helpers and AI-assisted admin tools.

For project-based builds, we typically work with a 50% upfront deposit and 50% upon project completion and sign-off. For AI automation, support and growth work, we can use structured monthly billing or milestone-based payments depending on the scope.

No. Your quote covers the agreed design and development work. Third-party expenses such as domains, hosting, paid plugins, software licences, stock assets, payment providers or premium API usage are explained before they are added and are usually paid directly by the client.

Once the deposit is received and the initial scope is signed off, we usually begin discovery and planning within 3 to 5 business days. If a project is urgent, tell us during the consultation so we can confirm what is realistic.

Every build includes a complimentary 14-day support window to fix post-launch bugs related to the agreed scope. For long-term peace of mind, we offer Support & Growth plans for updates, speed improvements, monitoring, new features and ongoing technical help.

The most useful inputs are business goals, target audience, preferred style references, existing brand assets, content, access to any current website or analytics, and examples of competitors or products you like. If you do not have everything ready, we can help structure the brief.

Yes. We can work from draft copy, rough notes and early brand direction. Depending on the project, we can shape page messaging, recommend content structure, source suitable visual assets, or create a lightweight visual direction before the main build begins.

Yes. We can build around existing websites, storefronts, CRMs, forms, databases, email tools, analytics, payment providers and operational software where the current setup is worth keeping. If something is slowing the business down or creating unnecessary risk, we will explain whether it should be improved, replaced or connected differently.

Yes. Responsive layout, clear heading structure, performance-conscious assets, metadata basics, accessible navigation and clean page structure are part of a professional build. Advanced SEO strategy, content campaigns and backlink work can be scoped separately if needed.

Small clarifications are normal during delivery. If a request changes the agreed scope, timeline or complexity, we explain the impact first and agree the extra cost or revised timeline before carrying out that work.

After final payment, you own the agreed custom deliverables created for your project, subject to any third-party licences, open-source licences, platform terms or pre-existing tools used in the build. We explain any dependency that matters before launch.

We can advise on hosting and help set up deployment. Some clients prefer to keep hosting, domains and billing in their own accounts; others want us to manage more of the technical layer through a support plan. We will recommend the route that keeps ownership and maintenance clear.

Yes. We work with founders validating an MVP, teams modernizing an existing product, and established businesses that need a sharper website or practical automation. The process is adjusted to the level of clarity, speed and documentation each client needs.

Yes. We can integrate lead forms, newsletter tools, payment providers, booking systems, CRM pipelines, email automation, dashboards and APIs. We confirm data flow, permissions and reliability requirements before building integrations that affect client operations.

Send us the goal, deadline, rough budget range, must-have features, preferred examples and any existing materials. We will ask follow-up questions where needed, then provide a clear proposal that explains the scope, assumptions, timeline and price.
